Quality at Every Step
Creating realistic and impressive photorealistic 3D renderings and other materials doesn’t come by chance. 123Dview has a multistep process that ensures your project meets every criteria.
The 123Dview Outsource Process for digital renderings, animation, floor plans, site maps, and other design services includes 7 key steps.
Firm Quote. 123Dview provides a firm quote on a same-day basis after discussing your project and (in some cases) reviewing the general plans. The quote also includes the estimated time to complete your project.
Personalized Service. Upon acceptance of 123Dview’s proposal and payment of a 50% deposit, your project is assigned to a Client Manager who will make sure that it is professionally completed within the estimated timeframe. The Client Manager sends an introductory email with a Web site link that allows you to easily upload all of your files to our secure FTP server. Clear Communication. Our team at 123Dview promptly reviews all files and lets you know if there is any missing information. In some cases, we will schedule a call or a Web-based conference via GoToMeeting to discuss your project in greater detail and ensure that we understand your vision and goals for the finished product. All electronic communications are facilitated by Basecamp, the Web-based project management software. Basecamp ensures that all emails, files, deadlines, and comments related to your project are stored in one place and accessible via your computer.
Fast Turnaround. For rendering projects, 123Dview can usually produce a “clay model” or "white model" view showing the camera angle and structural elements (without textures) within two to three days after receiving your files. Upon approval of the camera angle and other aspects of the model, we add texture to all surfaces along with lighting and effects. 123Dview can typically deliver the first complete draft for review within one to three days after approval of the white model. Responsiveness to Comments. The first draft is by no means the final product. We understand that there will be comments and changes to be made. We provide a clear method for you to mark up the rendering and provide written comments to accompany the mark-up. In addition, you always have the option to schedule a GoToMeeting conference at any stage to point out and clarify specific elements on the draft.
No Charge for Most Changes. The revised draft is generally returned to you within one to three days. If additional changes are needed, you simply mark up the rendering again and resubmit it. There is no additional charge for changes unless the scope of the project changes, or the changes are due to changes in your plans and specifications.
