DAS Architects has achieved national recognition for their unique designs, which have been featured in numerous publications including Hospitality Design, Restaurants USA, and Interior Design and Interiors. Forty 1˚ North is unlike any other hospitality concept in the region. DAS’s clients needed renderings to market the combined boutique hotel, restaurant, dining pavilion, and full-service marina at hospitality conventions and to event and wedding planners. The three renderings – of the exterior, the lobby, and a guest suite -- were instrumental in generating tremendous up-front interest and bookings prior to the project’s completion.
My client was extremely pleased with the response to the renderings; people often thought they were looking at actual photos. I especially like working with an American managed firm – the lack of a language barrier helps to eliminate problems and speeds-up turnaround.
