Client: S2 Associates

specialists in the design of science, children’s, history
and corporate museum exhibitions

S2 Associates is known throughout the country for their innovative museum exhibition designs and for creating unique interactive learning experiences. Using just rough sketches and photos of the prerenovated space, 123Dview’s artists and designers created photorealistic renderings to finalize the concept design for the lobby exhibition area of the Sacramento History Museum. S2 Associates was particularly concerned that the renderings show the transition of textures from canvas to wood to brick to steel since they were integral to the design concept of using building materials to tell the city’s history.

I was amazed at the accuracy and how real the renderings appeared, especially given the limited detail provided. 123Dview’s team really got what this exhibition was about. I was surprised at how well everything turned out.

To have professional-quality photorealistic renderings produced locally would have cost two-to-three times more than 123Dview’s prices.
